Since 2007, she has taught the subject English and Communication Skills to engineering and management students at IITM, MSIT, Baddi University and Lingaya’s University. In addition to teaching conventional courses like Essentials of Communication Skills, CPSE, Soft Skills, Managerial Communication she has also developed and taught several novel courses like Post colonial Literature, American literature and Commonwealth literature. She is very passionate about teaching English and has trained students for various competitions. She is very enthusiastic about contributing socially and has been instrumental in training RPG’s SMTS.

She has organized and participated in several national and international workshops, seminars, and conferences. She has been actively involved in curriculum design for students and has helped them to develop and enhance their soft skills. She has been inspiring students to do research work and deepen their holistic thinking.
