International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8th March, 2018 by School of Education. It is an important occasion for all of us to pause for a moment to reflect on ourselves, to appreciate how much has been done and what more needs to be done in the field of gender equality. Arts and crafts describe a wide variety of activities involving making things with one's own hands. School of Education had organized Art and craft workshop on October 5, 2017. It got an overwhelming response from the students. We invited Mr.Sujith Sudhakaranfrom School of Architecture and Planning invited. Studentsparticipated in the workshop and learn varioustechniques ofpreparing creative item from the waste, which they can use, this experience in their life. The event saw great enthusiasm among the students who were eagerly waiting for theworkshop.
