An international conference on the topic Nurturing Global Healthcare was organised by Amity Institute of Pharmacy on 11th-12 March at Amity University, Noida. Students and faculty of School of Medical & Allied Sciences, K.R. Mangalam University participated in the conference and presented paper as well. Dr Harpal Bhuttar from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada inaugurated the conference. He welcomed the steps taken by the Pharmacovigilence Progarm of India, Indian Pharmacopeal Commission, Gaziabad, towards the pharmacovigilance of drugs for the quality health care of Indian population. Mr Hardik Madan, Ms R Supraja presented a paper entiteled "Phyllanthus niruri a versatile herb" during the poster session in the conference. Ms. Silky Sethy, faculty SMAS, was the Chairman of in the Pharmacognosy Scientific Poster session.
