Ms. Gauri Aglave
Prior to joining K.R.Mangalam University, Gurgaon, I worked with KIIT Group of colleges as an Incharge HOD in Civil engineering department. Since the year 2011, taught many courses to civil engineering students like Water supply Engineering, Waste water Engineering, Environmental Impact Assessment, Fluid Mechanics, Fluid Machines, Concrete Technology, Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Mechanics, Engineering Geology, Hydro Power Engineering, Building Construction and Material and Architectural Planning and Building Designing. I was actively involved in mentoring undergraduate students for several projects. I organized workshops, seminars, also had experience in working in Abudhabi for Dubai international airport expansion projects. I learned Norwegian language in Folk University, Asker, Norway.
M.E.Project– Modelling of Stage-Discharge relationship using soft & hard tools. This involved the study of different type of tools used for modelling of Stage-discharge.
M.E.Seminar (First year sem-II) – Rainfall Runoff modelling Using Radial Basis Function Network. This involved the study of Radial Basis Function Network for Rainfall Runoff modelling.
M.E.Seminar (First year sem-I) – Prediction Of Rainfall Using Artificial Neural Network. This involved the study of artificial Neural Network used for rain fall prediction.
Project (Final year) - Design & Drawing of Sports Complex:
This involved designing of a multi-sport complex and recreation centre. The project included design of Cricket ground and stadium, gymnasium, table tennis hall, squash court, library, offices and restaurant. The supporting facilities included 1 million litres intze type over head water tank.
My responsibility as a member of project team was designing of intze type water tank.
Seminar (Final year) – Fly Ash Concrete & Its Durability Aspects
This involved the feasibility study of using the Fly ash generated in Thermal Power Plants for commercial use.
