Guidelines for submitting paper

  • The article can be submitted on Easychair .
  • The submitted article must include title, author affiliation with email, address, abstract, and keywords.
  • Limit the Abstract within 250 words.
  • Enter Keywords, maximum 6 words.
  • Paper should be submitted as per template, which is available on conference webpage (Click to download).
  • Articles should present novel perspectives within the theme of the conference.
  • The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.
  • The paper length should not exceed 8 pages. However, the authors can extend maximum up to 12 pages over length page charge of Rs.100 per pages.
  • Review papers will be considered if it has been demonstrating enough novelty and evidently discussed the benefits in the field.
  • All submitted papers will be subjected to a similarity test (< 20% similarity) by Turnitin Software.
  • Papers achieving a < 20% similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable may be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.
  • The conference aims at carrying out two rounds of review process. In the first round, the papers submitted by the authors will be assessed based on their technical suitability, scope of work and plagiarism. The corresponding authors of qualifying submissions will be intimated for their papers to be peer reviewed. Papers submitted for the conference, upon peer review, when accepted need to be presented for further submission and publication in the International Journal of Technical Research & Science (IJTRS)
