Dr. Aditi Priya
Assistant Professor
I completed my Ph.D. in 2024, with a focus on Indian Diasporic Literature. I have Qualified UGC NET in 2019. I was honoured to be a Double Gold Medalist in my M.A. In addition, I hold a B.Ed. degree. During my undergraduate studies, I served as the Joint Secretary of my college, where I developed strong leadership and organizational skills, working to enhance the academic and extracurricular experience for my peers. I have actively contributed to the academic community through the presentation of papers at national and international seminars and have published research in UGC CARE-listed journals as well as peer-reviewed publications. My research interests primarily lie in Diaspora Literature and Indian Writing in English, with a focus on the intersections of identity, migration, cultural studies, trauma studies and postcolonial discourse.
