Job Summary:

K.R. Mangalam is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for marketing materials, social media, branding, and other digital and print assets. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visually appealing graphics.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in digital and print media design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with exceptional portfolios may be considered).
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
