Webinar on ICT Initiatives and Flipped Learning

As an IQAC initiative School of Education organised a webinar on ICT Initiatives and Flipped Learning by Prof. Jessy Abraham, School of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi on 24th April 2020. The session was attended by the students and faculty members of School of Education.
Prof. Abrahamis working as Professor in Education in IASE, Faculty of Education. She has more than two decades of experience in the field of teacher education specialized in the field such as Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, ICT, Guidance and counseling, Home Science Education and Early Child care Education. She is a recipient of JRF and SRF from UGC while pursuing PhD and also Intel’s National award in 2004 for Integration of Technology. She is also a recipient of merit scholarship while pursuing MEd and Watts Memorial Medal in 1991. She has coordinated in-service programs, acted as resource person for several in-service programs organized by Academic Staff College, Jamia Millia Islamia, DIETs, SCERT, Delhi, NCERT and KVS. She is acting as nodal officer of Unnat Bharat Abhyan. Presently, she is holding the post of Hony. Director schools (Evening Shift& Bridge Course).
Prof. Abraham explained the various components of flipped learning and strategies to incorporate it in the teaching learning process. The session was attended by 42 students and 5 faculty members who participated, interactedand discussed their awareness, doubts and queries. The whole session was interactive and a learning experience for everyone.
