District Youth Parliament
National Service Scheme (NSS) successfully organised the District Youth Parliament (DYP) . The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. A total of 200 students had registered on the MY Bharat portal, out of which 150 students were selected after a rigorous screening process from three districts—Rewari, Faridabad, and Gurugram. The students participated with great zeal and showcased their awareness and leadership skills during the sessions. The event was graced by the presence of several esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Narendra Ahuja Vivek (Ex-State Drug Controller), Mr. T.R. Khem (Former UGC Secretary), Mr. Naveen Gulia (District Youth Officer), Prof. Mehraj-ud-din Mir (Motilal Nehru Chair), Dr. Rahul Sharma (Registrar, K.R. Mangalam University) alongwith five jury members.
The inaugural session was followed by the District Youth Parliament competition, in which students from Gurugram district participated enthusiastically. All winners were felicitated with certificates of achievement, marking the successful conclusion of the District Youth Parliament at K.R. Mangalam University.
