Dr. Mansi Yadav

Dr. Mansi Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics and Finance in the School of Management and Commerce at K.R. Mangalam University, Sohna Rural, Gurugram, Haryana. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from The NorthCap University, Gurugram, which she successfully completed within just three years. Her research focuses on the “Impact of Digital Financial Literacy on Retirement Planning with the Mediating Effect of Investment Behaviour and Saving Behaviour among the salaried people in Delhi NCR.” Dr. Yadav has completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The NorthCap University and is an Honors graduate in Business Administration (BBA) from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University, Murthal. She has also earned a specialisation certification in Business Analytics from IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, an approved training provider of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). An accomplished researcher, Dr. Yadav has authored numerous publications, many of which are indexed in renowned databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC. Her innovative contributions are further highlighted by her two patents, duly registered with the Government of India, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge and technology. Dr. Yadav’s areas of expertise include Finance, Business Analytics, Research, Statistics and General Management.
