Akanksha Kathuria is a distinguished Assistant Professor of Marketing with over 15 years of academic experience, currently serving at K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. She is an esteemed member of the editorial board for the Samvakti Journals Journal of Research in Business Management and has been recognized with accolades such as the Employee of the Year (2024) and Employee of the Month (October 2023) at the Asian Education Group. Akanksha holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at JC Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA Faridabad. A certified expert in POSH training, digital marketing, and yoga, her research is published in prestigious journals indexed by ABDC, Scopus, and UGC Care. Beyond academia, Akanksha actively contributes to society as the District Coordinator for the Youth Wing of Patanjali Yog Samiti, Faridabad, and as a Health & Wellness Influencer with Womennovator. She conducts free yoga training sessions and works closely with organizations like The Earth Saviour Foundation, Gyan Adhaar Society, Save Aravali Foundation, Sambharye Foundation, The Rising NGO, and AIDA NGO Faridabad. Her contributions have earned her honors such as the Yoga Ratan Samman (Category A, twice), a Gold Medal in Yoga from Patanjali, and recognition as a social worker during COVID-19 by Patanjali, Faridabad. Akanksha seamlessly integrates her expertise in academia, research, and wellness to make a meaningful impact in both professional and social spheres.
