Desired Candidate Profile
- Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries from applicants and nurture them to take to next stage of admission process.
- Counselling students (in-person and telephonic) and provide expert guidance on programme selection, admission procedures, and financial aid options.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students, showcasing the institution’s facilities and academic environment.
- Assist with the administration of admission tests and interviews.
- Achieve individual and team-based admission & enrollment targets. Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the admissions funnel.
- Hand hold students to familiarize them with the institution, academic policies, and student support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and admissions data.
Required Candidate profile:
- Experience in Education Industry (University or Higher Educational Institutes only)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
