We are seeking a skilled ORM Specialist who is passionate about maintaining and improving our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online reputation across various platforms to ensure a positive brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage our online reputation on social media, review sites, forums, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews and comments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our online presence and reputation.
• Analyze and report on online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
• Create and manage content that promotes positive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.

Requirements:

• Proven 4+ experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with online review and reputation management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
