The AMGSE – 2025 conference committee would like to welcome you for the 2nd International Conference on “Advanced Materials for Green Chemistry and Sustainable Environment” (AMGSE – 2025). The AMGSE-2025 will be jointly organized by K. R. Mangalam University, Gurugram and Shivaji College, University of Delhi, Delhi in collaboration with International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), Sweden and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) on March 20-21, 2025, at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurugram campus. Advanced Materials for Green Chemistry and Sustainable Environment involve the development and use of eco-friendly nanomaterials that align with the twelve principles of green chemistry. These materials are designed to minimize environmental impact by reducing hazardous emissions and are applied in areas such as energy storage, water purification, and sustainable packaging. Their unique properties make them vital for reducing ecological footprints and enhancing resource efficiency, contributing to global sustainability efforts.

K.R. Mangalam University, established in 2013 under the Haryana Private Universities Act, is a State Private University authorized to grant degrees under section 2f of the UGC Act, 1956. Located in a picturesque setting with a view of the Aravalli hills on a 26-acre campus, the university focuses on transforming young lives through innovative teaching methods, global collaborations, and superior infrastructure. Alongside academic endeavors, KRMU prioritizes co-curricular activities, including festivals, social responsibility initiatives, technology training, and research. Shivaji College, located in West Delhi, is a distinguished institution under University of Delhi, accredited with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC and ranked 49th in the NIRF 2024. Established in 1961 by Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh, it offers 20 undergraduate courses across Science, Commerce, and Humanities, a selffinanced bachelor’s in business economics, three postgraduate programs, certificate courses in German and French languages and various add-on and value-added courses.. Known for its research initiatives, gender empowerment through the Jijabai Achievers Award, and eco-friendly campus practices like solar energy and waste management, Shivaji College stands as a beacon of academic excellence, sustainability, and holistic education.

Conference papers will be published as journal articles, conference proceedings, and book chapters in reputed Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals (Materials Protection, Indian Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry , Water Emerging Contaminants & Nanoplastics , Ecology, Environment and Conservation) , as well as with international publishers such as Springer, Bentham Science, Nova, and DeGruyter.

Awards will be presented in each session for the best oral and poster presentations, aligned with the conference theme.
